Cancellation Policy
A non refundable deposit is required before booking. This deposit will go towards your whole service!
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for you to do any changes within 24 hours (2days) by messaging me before your appointment to avoid paying 75% of your service. Please note that there will be a non refundable deposit for missed appointments or cancellation due to personal reasons.
No SHOW No CALL will be automatically charged 75% of your service.
Rescheduling can only be done once! If you reschedule last minute or do too much rescheduling and cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited and will required a new deposit.
If you are 15-30 minutes late to your appointment, there will be an automatic late fee charged!
